However, the original loop compositions remain the intellectual property of Vayd3r. Loops may not be resold, redistributed, or used to create competing sample products.

If a song using one of these loops receives a major label placement, significant commercial success, or exceeds one million streams, proper producer credit to “Vayd3r” is required where applicable. In certain cases, publishing or royalty arrangements may be requested.
